We had our Easter Picnic today.
Alex got attacked by dogs.
Stung by a bee.
Bee got caught in her hair.
Her new WHITE pants were BLACK within 3 minutes of arriving at the picnic.
Tori fell doing the 3-legged-race and sprained her wrist.
And we missed the Easter Egg Hunt!
Looks like the Easter Bunny will have to do some making-up for the disaster of a Easter Picnic.

Wow! That's some BAD luck! I have bad luck with Easter Picnic's and horses. When I was 8 I fell off a horse that decided to take off running full speed back to his corral. I got a concussion. 2 years later I was at the Easter Picnic and got bucked off of a horse right next to another horse that was tied up and the tied up horse started bucking and landed on my arm and leg. I still have a little scar on my leg from it. That never stopped me from riding horses. I LOVED riding. I just learned to never ride a horse at the ward Easter picnic after I had those two accidents. True story :)
Anyway- such a bummer that you missed the egg hunt! I hope Alex is recovering from her bee sting and that Tori's wrist feels better soon!

You missed the hunt! That's the whole point of going. Wished we could have made it. My kids love the easter hike.
