Nutcracker

Nikelle performed with the Moscow Ballet. It was a wonderful performance. Next year I want Tori to audition and be apart of such a great experience.

Christmas Day.

Christmas morning we had to wake-up our kids. Garrett and I were more excited than they were. After all the toys and candy and clothes were opened Tori decided her favorite gift was the $1.00 can of "silly string." Alex loved her new Princess Collection of dolls and they go EVERYWHERE with her now. Benton was happy with a sucker in each hand and nothing more. Merry Christmas!

Christmas Sunday

I had these beautiful red skirts made for the girls to wear to church on Sunday (the Sunday before Christmas). Once all the kids were dressed and ready for church we piled into the truck and headed to the chapel. From the time Tori got out of the truck to the time she walked up to the stand to sing with the Primary (before the meeting even started), she managed to get a HUGE hole in her new skirt. As I was looking up at Tori from the congregation I see my beautiful 5 year old sitting on the front row of the chior seats with her finger jammed up her nose with one hand and her other hand holding UP her newly ripped skirt! What an image. We love you Tori!

Santa Baby

The girls performed at the ward Christmas party. It was a HIT. Then Santa's "helper" made an appearance. Everyone had a blast.

Tori's First Grade School Christmas Program

Everything was in Spanish. Tori sang the Little Drummer Boy (in Spanish) and did AMAZING! They got lunch and hot chocolate afterwards for all the families. We are so proud of you Tori. You are growing up too fast.

Top 10 Beauty Secrets

My Top Ten...

I have been tagged! These are my top ten beauty secrets that I swear by:

#1. I agree...a great gloss is mandatory. I recommend MAC Lipglass. This stuff NEVER comes off.

#2. A hair smoother and shine enhancer. This one is from Bath and Body Works. LOVE IT!
#3. A good pair of designer jeans. YES, they are worth every cent!!!!

#4. A great moisturizer is key to having smooth skin. This one is packed with Vitamin A which is the secret ingredient for any good moisturizer.

#5. Can't go anywhere without a cute pair of sunglasses. Great for any day with or without make-up. My favorite pair are Dolce and Gabbana knock offs from the Pharmacy in Mexico. Can't beat $5!

#6. A fake hair piece for those on-the-run or bad hair days. They sell great ones at the Dollar Store or at any jewelry/accessory store.
#7. To feel good you have to smell good. Right now I am loving JUICY.

#8. Accessorizing will make everyday drab into special occasion fab. A good necklace or a great scarf is what I do.
#9. The new flat iron. They help maintain smooth hair. They curl and they straighten. Whats not to love??

#10. My last...and most important beauty tip is a white smile. I've had bleach trays, zoom whitening and everything else under the sun, but the best are Crest!

I tag...Jeni, Laurice and Sara J.

White Elephant

We played "Celestial Companions" and Jen and Kara were a "couple" and they WON.

Good food, fun games, and great company.

I love the annual Christmas parties with the White Elephant gift exchange. This year some of the gifts included: a "spice" kit (to spice up your life), chocolate mixed with exercise videos, a "Male Urinal" (you'd have to see it to believe they exist), a half used roll of T.P., a wooden Boodah, a home waxing kit (Garrett secretly LOVED getting it). hehe, and lots more.

Just the 7 of Us.

The 7 brides for the 7 brothers. If you ask me I think they are the lucky ones. hehe.
