Bite the Bag

An old FHE tradition is to play "Bite the Bag'' as the activity. I finally have passed the traditionaly game down to my children. It was hillarious to watch them try to bite the bag while standing on one foot without using their hands. Great game...provides years of great memories.

Benton sucking on Daddy's finger

This is my town.

Here are a few pictures of my town. WE live in Colonial Juarez, Mexico. Our town is very small and everyone knows everyone. Living here you can really say it takes a village to raise a child. That is how it really is down here.

Baby Benton

Benton is 11 weeks. Today I found his favorite spot. I was doing laundry and he started to fuss so I picked him up and laid him on top of the dryer while it was going. He entered some sort of "paradise" because he laid there for almost an hour without a word.

Friends

Alex and Tori share a best friend, Remy Romney. They beg for her to come over everyday and they all play very well together. Remy calls me "Mom BJ." We love having her over. She is considered my 4th child.

Photo Shoot

Last night a few good friends gathered for a BBQ. We got on the topic of Mommy's never being in the picture because we are always behind the camera. I have attached a few classic self taken pictures so that I can be remembered in my family's history.

Now I've had to teach my 4 year old, Tori, how to use the camera. Here is some of her work.

The Easter Bunny

I took the girls to the mall to see the Easter bunny. Tori loved it and posed for a picture but Alex was scared to death. She ran away crying. Maybe next year.

Neilsen's Frozen Custard

I love Neilsen's Frozen Custard so I took my kids there while we were in Arizona. THey loved it too. Alex was very careful not to drip on the table or on her clothes but Tori just dove right on in.

Happy Easter

This Easter I got everyone ready for church and on the way out the door when I realized that I forgot to take pictures. Everyone was in their new Easter clothes so I decided to snap pictures in the car...on the way to church. I really need to get better at remembering to "capture the moment". I had one friend tease me that we were pulling a "Brittney Spears" because no one was in car seats...or seat belts. In my defense, church is only 2 blocks away. HeHe.
