way to go bj! you are officially a hot colony wife now right! :) and i don't know how you did them, but this year i learned from Shelley the EASY way: put the raw peaches in the bottle, add 1/4 cup sugar, fill the bottles with tap water, lid, and process! It is sooo fast!
to answer ur question: after processing, set the jars somewhere and don't touch them for 24 hours. don't push on the lids to test the seals. wait until 24 hours. then you can test them, move them and remove the rings. oh so fun!

So funny because I was going to do the same thing... but no jars and no experience! Yours look so good!
