
As most of you know I have accepted the "Body for Life Challenge." I am half way through this 12 week program and I am losing steam FAST! I need some help. If any of you have any great, low fat, high protein recipes or exercises (weight lifing) for your butt , abs and hamstring...please share the knowledge. I have my eye on the $25,000 grand prize. This is the winner from last year. She is a stay-at-home mother of three too. Maybe that will be my picture next year!

Are you kidding me you are so skinny. You are nuts. It was fun to see you found my blog now we can keep in touch. you have a cute family so does christine of course. its funny that we both live here in las vegas. she is lucky though because she knows she gets to move:)

The only problem I see is you already looked like that girls "after" picture when you started this competition! I think it is awesome you are doing it, you really motivate me.
Try Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred work out DVD's. They are awesome, quick- only 20 minutes, and the change things up. Only doing it for 5 days I started to see muscle tone.

B.J. - sorry to break it to you, but you can't win the top prize because you already look like the "after" picture. I don't think much improvement can be made.
Is that like the Atkins kinda meal plan? Sometimes I do that after the winter to trim down and watch what I eat. I bake chicken wings, some soups are low in carbs (have to search hard), roasts and LOTS of chicken. Haha! Good luck!
