All-Star

Benton is our little athlete. He adores any and all things BALL.  Right now his favorite thing to do and talk about is "shooting it." He even sleeps with a ball in his arms every night.  Here he is, in action!

 We had a wonderful 4th of July with the Hatch's. Swimming. Movies. Fireworks. Shooting. Bon Fire. BBQ. Baseball game. Shopping. Late nights. Great food. Great company. Happy Fourth!

{birthday wishes}

Tori turned 7 yesterday! Where has the time gone? She was able to celebrate at school with her classmates (and a water fight), with her Grandparents from Arizona, and with her immediate family and Hatch Grandparents, and an impromptu party with some kids from the ward (thanks Rebecca). Lucky girl, she got four parties.

All Tori wanted for her birthday was her own can of whipped cream and IBC Rootbeer. She got her two wishes along with some other fun stuff.

Happy Birthday Tori! You are growing up so fast. I know you were meant to come to our family first. You are so responsible and smart as a whip. We love you so much.

Alex's New Room

One afternoon Alex told me she was building a fort. After several trips inside the house and back out to the yard, I decided to check it out. She had made herself an outdoor room, equipped with a shoe rack and all. She later asked me if she could move out there permanently.
