Let it snow!

Tori and Alex with Santa Clause in Utah.

My kids LOVED playing in the snow, until they touched it with bare hands and started crying.

LONG road trip. We traveled to Texas, Utah, and Idaho. My kids got used to living in the truck.

Dear Santa,

I told Alex to "write a LETTER to Santa." This is what she came back with. :)

Oh, Christmas Tree

This year we joined the Hatch Batch in driving up to Cloudcroft to cut down a Christmas tree. This trip entailed a lot of driving, sleding, kids crying because they were cold, hot chocolate, pizza, 8 trees, Trent's tree was 3x's taller than he is, Randall getting stuck in the mud while we were helping a friend load his tree back into the truck after it flew out into the middle of the highway, and a LATE night. All 5 brothers had to help each other put up their trees at each other's homes....that night! Memories to last forever!

Picture to come...on all 3 posts.

ER

My son is not even 2 years old yet and we have already taken him in for a broken leg, DEEP stiches, and a hernia. He is keeping our local doctors busy.

Thanksgiving in Utah

Fabulous dinner. All six siblings home again. Shopping. Movies. Swimming. Temple square lights. Games. Met our new, wonderful brother-in-law. Presents. Kangaroo Zoo (my new favorite place). Pirate Pizza. Family pictures. Tennis. Cupcake store. Decorating Christmas Trees. Love.

I love my family. We don't get to see them enough. Happy Thanksgiving.

Frozen Nose Hair

We had a wonderful day reminiscing in Idaho. I got to walk the campus of BYU-I with my family and show them where I attended college.

Then we hit the best chocolate shop in town and saw my old apartment. The new temple on the hill was beautiful.

By the end of the afternoon we were frozen SOLID. My little "Mexican" kids didn't know what to think of that white, cold, powdery substance all over the ground.

I have so many fond memories of staying in Dave and Claudia Walker's home and eating every Sunday there.

No trip to Idaho is complete without a BIG JUDD'S hamburger. One burger can feed 4 people! We had a great time visiting family and eating our hearts out.

BED HEAD

We woke up extraordinarily beautiful this morning!

It is amazing what (a little foundation), a brush and a flat iron will fix!!
